Prose for the Post is a campaign I created over my semester-long Graphic Design 2 course with Professor Barrios Ponce. We were asked to choose and research an important cause and then create a visual campaign to promote it. The campaign's requirements were a name, logo and tagline, brand messaging, 2D elements, 3D elements, screen applications, and a brand book. I also crafted a brand strategy document detailing the cause, angle, target audience, inspiration, location, rollout, and tone of the campaign.
Prose for the Post is a campaign to provide aid to the USPS by reviving the art of the handwritten letter. As snail mail becomes increasingly obsolete, we are not only losing a part of humanity, but the USPS is suffering. Writing letters will not single-handedly save the USPS, but the idea will draw attention to the issues at hand. Prose for the Post will inspire Americans and invite them to connect for a greater cause.
