A redesign of a historical chart.

Will Burtin's diagram on the efficacy of three antibiotics on 16 different bacteria is one of the most famous early examples of information design. As with most things, time gives one perspective. In this case time revealed flaws in Burtin’s original graph. With the help of new technologies that Burtin did not have I was able to redesign the diagram to more accurately and efficiently explain the findings.
